(a)  Every generation of directors has been trained at the International Fabricare Institute in Maryland USA.
(b)  Senior and middle management regularly attend training programmes at the Federation of Kenyan Employers and the Kenya Institute of Management.
(c)  All staff attend internal monthly and quarterly training programmes, some of which use external facilitators and consultants.
